----------------------------------------------------------- EVENT: Montgomery County Book Festival Keynote Presentation by Deeanne Gist Dee will be the lunchtime keynote speaker and will be doing her now-famous presentation on Victorian underwear. She starts out in her chemise and bloomers and dresses in complete Victorian regalia on-stage. If you haven't seen it, this is a great chance to see it for free and to attend a great book festival to boot! Advanced Writing Workshop by Deeanne Gist The festival is packed with author panels, keynote presentations, exhibitors and writing workshops. Dee will be doing an advanced writing workshop in the afternoon. And you can't beat the price -- it's free! Historical author Gist will strip down to her chemise and bloomers, then have her lady's maid dress her layer-by-layer. This entertaining presentation has been featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal and in the Denver Post. Their accompanying video (FrontPageWSJ.com) was the most watched video on the Wall Street Journal's site for three days!
