Very soon we will be opening a brand new section of our website. It will be exclusively for Dee's Circle of Friends. (To be a member of my cirlce, all you'll have to do is join the mailing list. Same thing you do when you leave a comment on the blog.) Anyhoo, this exclusive section will include videos, giveaways, the first chapter of BARGAIN, never before seen photographs and more. Stay tuned to find out about that!
The winner of our ARC for the week of April 27th was Cheryl from Jonosboro, Georgia. Congrats, Cheryl! Last week's winner (the week of May 4th) is Lindsey from Monroe, North Carolina. Congrats, Lindsey!
And this brings our ARC (Advanced Reading Copy) contest to a conclusion, because guess what? No more waiting! A Bride in the Bargain has started showing up in stores! It is also available at some of the major online outlets! So, thank you to all who participated and congratulations to our winners.
That said, don't be a stranger! It has been so much fun to hear from all of you lurkers out there. So, keep posting comments because I LOVE visiting with you!

That is sooo very exciting! I can't wait to see it out on the stores and then beg my hubby to get it for me! hehe Can't wait to start reading! :)
Oh It's sad the contest is over! but I cannot wait to get the book I found It last week on the internet an I was so excited! I can't wait to read it! I have been trying to find somemore people to read after lately but I can't find anyone that I really like, everyone I like I've read about all there books
I pushed the comment button to early. I'll be sad when I finish with ur new book, because then I will have to wait a whole year for the next one!
Mz Dee...this comment should have been posted with your April 13th blog entitled "I Love Being A Christian"...I might go back and post it there also...our church showed this show to 70 teenagers the other night and it was AWESOME...I searched for it on the web and found it at this addy for free...it is 43 minutes and 27 seconds long but it is worth the wait...and if you connection is slow it may pause alot as it loads..but still worth it.
It is called "Indescribable"

I almost hesitate to tell you this, Deeanne -- but I stayed up late the last two nights and completed the novel! Ach, how awful that it takes you a gut year to pen the novel and then I go and devour it in two days! But what a wonderful story! Prior to this novel, I have been partial to Essie, as I fell in love with her character. Anna Ivey sure does capture one's heart, as well, however. 10 stars ;)
I can't wait for my ARC to get here! I hope it arrives soon! I'm just afraid that when It gets here I will read it all in one setting:)
And your ARC hasn't even mailed yet, Lindsey, because I've been in Minnesota this week. But I am back now and have signed it, so it should be posted in tomorrow's mail. Sorry about that!!
Dee, I loved the new book, I just finished it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could tell a story like you : ) You are an amazing author~
I LOVE IT!! I love "A Bride in the Bargain" sooooo much. I read it in two nights and now I am sad that I am done. So I went back to page 214 to read my favorite part over again! I can't wait until Dee comes out with another book. I think we should make her go to a cabin in the woods and write until she is done!
